April fools day

(1) April Fool’s day is on April the first. 

(2) The purpose for this holiday was to play pranks or hoaxes on other people for fun. 

(3) There are many theories to April fool’s day like this one. In 1564 CE France reformed its calendar, they kept on moving up the calendar by a whole month and went to April 1^st. 

(4) April fool’s day can be fun and good or bad and wild. Many people take it way too far and start to get wild. Most of the time is just for fun and with friends. 

(5)    There many other countries that celebrate April fools day like Canada,Europe, Australia, and Brazil

Health Sciences Librarian

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Teach classes to support the teaching curriculum including, but not limited to, course integrated library resources introduction, research skills, and information literacy instruction
• Cultivate collaborative relationships with teaching faculty to facilitate enhanced student learning
• Consistently engage in campus-wide opportunities to promote library services
• Provide research support for faculty and students
• Collaborate as part of team of librarians to take advantage of technologies to support and expand library services
• Provide research (reference) help in person at the service desk as scheduled, as well as by phone, appointment and email
• Participate in maintenance of library resource guides on library website
• Maintain awareness of current trends in health and life sciences information resources, teaching and learning pedagogy, and relevant best practices

Salary:Average $58,000

Education:Students must graduate from high school, taking classes such as English, math, typing, and science. A four-year bachelor's degree is then required, including courses such as science and computer science. A master's degree in library science (MLS) is mandatory. Courses include scientific literature, biomedical communication, bibliographic resource use, library organization and management, and standard cataloging systems. While health science librarians are not required to be certified, the Medical Library Association does offer certification examinations which would help a librarian advance to a higher position.

      Many things can come with hard work and dedication. You can earn many things and achieve many things with hard work and sacrifice.  i need to work hard on my education because were am going to be with out an education. i will work harder in school that i have ever because i want to have an education i want to be come something in life not someone that is on the streets ask people for money i want to earn that money.

How come there is so much violence in the world?

There really isn't that much money so people steal because they have to feed there family but there are different alternatives to making money instead of stealing. Like trying to find a job and  doing many other thing to help your family.

all because people kill people because of either what that person said to them or did to them that made want to hurt somebody of even worse kill them. People just be nice to other people and help the less unfortunate

St. Patrick’s Day

1.        St. Patrick was one of the most popular saints in Ireland. He converted many people in his life time and helped many others.

2.      It is a feast for Roman Catholics that celebrate St. Patrick.

3.     They celebrate it on March 17 because that was the day that St. Patrick died in.

4.      It is the color green because the color green has many connections with Ireland like with its flag and clovers.

5.     Shamrocks in St. Patrick’s day because it represents the trinity of the Father, the son, and the spirit, 

This story is about a middle school in Olivet, Michigan. the middle is Olivet Middle school. this middle school had a football team and all the football players decide to let Keith who is a special needs boy be on the team and no matter how close they were to the touchdown they would take a knee and let Keith make the touchdowns. all the other kids would protect him in order for him to score. instead of him being the kid nobody talk to he became popular. his parents were so proud of the football players and of keith.

UCLA health has many places in which you can volunteer in west wood and in Santa Monica you could make people that are ill happy and you can even be with animals too that have been hurt like dogs.

in order for you to be a volunteer you must go to ucla and get a volunteering form and they will call in 1 week probably early or later

Duties and Responsibilities:

          A job of an Oncologist is to treat cancer patients in various ways such as chemotherapy and radiation. They also study cancer to see how to proceed with it and how to treat it.

Salary:

          Approximately 217,000 dollars a year. 

Education:

          You must have 15 year of advance education and training to do this at undergraduate schools, medical schools, and training programs.

          A heliotherapist must do many tasks to do for their patients. It takes a lot to become one but not my kind of job.

Mitch McKee  is a freshman on the high school wrestling team. his father Trevor McKee was diagnosed with cancer . and Mitch decide to make his dad feel like he wasn't sick and won the state finals for his dad so he wouldn't feel sick for that moment and even the other opponent went to Mitch father and told him to stay strong since hes dealing with cancer. Mitch would practice and Practice and go to weight room to get stronger in order to win for his dad

Lesson

I leaned that how much people care for there parents and how that he was trying a perceiving in order to win for his father
